HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
1.- To add an item to your shopping cart please select the add to cart button on the product page.
2.- After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify they are correct.
3.- When you are ready to order, select the check out button.
4.- New customers will need to create an account. Returning customers will need to log into their account using the same email addres and password they used to create the account.
5.- Fill in the information required to complete the order.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping prices are based on your location. Please find below a list of the shipping prices:
- Free shipping: Spain and Portugal.
- 9 euros: Fance, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Switzerland.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order will ship the same day in case placed before 4:00 p.m. and the next business day if later. Orders will arrive within the following terms after the order was shipped:
- 1/2 business days: Spain and Portugal.
- 3 business days: France.
- 4 business days: Germany, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy.
- 5 business days: Switzerland.
Where does Lady Pipa ship to?
We ship to Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Switzerland. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If the carrier does not find you in the adress, he will contact you by phone to set a timing that fits you better.
What carrier does Lady Pipa use?
Orders will be shipped from Spain with DHL.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
How do I return a product?
If you have purchased or received a product and would like to return it, a refund can be issued within 20 days of purchase. Returned items must be in perfect and unused condition. To initiate a return, please send your order, in the original packaging, to us at:

How long does a return take to process?
Please allow 7-15 business days to process a return from the day that your items are received back in our warehouse.
PRODUCTS AND FIT
How do Lady Pipas fit?
Sizing varies among our styles, but we've found most customers stick with their usual size. For the jumpuits our recomendation is to choose the same size as your size of pants in a store like Zara. Our recommendation is the same for the dresses except if the bottom is wider in which case you should go for your top size.

Will you ever offer a size XXL or larger?
We hope to expand our size range in the near future, but for now we offer sizes XS through XL.
Do you make bespoke dresses?
We currently don't offer that service. We hope to have the required infraestructure to do that in the near future.
Do you have a warranty?
We don't have a warranty, but we're happy to talk through any quality concerns on a case-by-case basis. If you have a question, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please feel free to attach any pictures that you think may help us assist you better!
How do I clean my Lady Pipa?
You can wash it in the washing machine on the wool or gentle cycle. For the best results, use your favorite gentle detergent and a delicates bag. For red cloths, wash it alone as it will discolour. And whatever you do, avoid the dryer at all costs!
Where are Lady Pipa products made?
We're proud of the responsible approach we take to manufacturing with minimal environmental impact and maximum fair working conditions. Our products are crafted in different factories outside of Madrid, Spain. These are sustainable factories, making clothes with a smaller environmental impact and that treat workers well.
